The roads in the Lithgow region are considered some of the ‘Top Rides’ in NSW (Australian Motorcyclist Magazine) and being halfway between Brisbane and Phillip Island it’s an ideal overnight stop. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, Mansfield is the ultimate destination for motorcyclists. Open roads filter out from town offering countless choice of ride options: from scenic undulating back roads, right through to challenging, winding hill and mountain climbs. A must do is the Mansfield-Whitfield Road – make sure you check out the spectacular view from Powers Lookout. It’s pretty awesome! Walcha (NSW)

Walcha is located half way between Sydney and Brisbane on the crossroads of the Oxley Highway and Thunderbolts Way. Arriving via Thunderbolts Way through Gloucester from Sydney is only 410km and 496km via Tamworth on the New England Highway. The Oxley Highway, on the eastern fringe of Walcha, is possibly the most famous and favoured motorcycling route in Australia.
